This platform was created to make learning Showtec QuickDMX lighting accessible, structured, and relevant—especially for creative, wellness, and event environments. While QuickDMX is widely used, clear and complete learning resources are often fragmented, hard to find and limited to a few tutorials. This platform was built to bridge that gap.

What is QuickDMX?
QuickDMX is a DMX lighting control software that allows you to program and control lighting using scenes, timelines, generators, audio & video synchronization. It is commonly used for live events, installations, and creative environments where lighting needs to be flexible, repeatable, and responsive.
Because it is free and community-driven, QuickDMX offers a high level of flexibility, but it also comes with certain limitations and design choices that require understanding and adaptation. It is not a perfect system, but when used correctly, it is more than capable of delivering reliable and expressive lighting control.This platform exists to make those strengths clear, explain the limitations honestly, and teach you how to work with QuickDMX in the most effective and practical way possible.
